Polmaise Bowling Club were delighted to visit Patons & Baldwins Bowling Club as part of their 100th anniversary celebrations for their annual friendly fixture.

The match was played in great spirit at Patons & Baldwins' green, with both clubs enjoying a competitive and friendly day of bowls. Polmaise came out on top overall, winning by 59 shots to 55, but the day was about much more than the final score.

Polmaise would like to congratulate Patons & Baldwins Bowling Club on reaching their 100th year and wish the club, their members, President and Vice President a fantastic anniversary season.

As part of the occasion, Polmaise's Vice President Robert Donaldson presented Patons President H. Spence with a commemorative engraved glass plaque from Polmaise Bowling Club to mark the club's centenary year.

It was a pleasure for Polmaise to be part of such a special milestone, and everyone at the club hopes Patons & Baldwins have a memorable and successful 100th anniversary year.
